Staff - Beverley Lodge
A dedicated team of staff includes a qualified manager, nurses, care assistants, domestic and catering staff.
Staff receive in house training and are encouraged to do NVQ training and any training relevant to their care work. Residents have regular meetings with staff and management to discuss outings, menus, entertainment and issues related to the smooth running of the Home.
The Home has an administrator whose services are available to all residents. |
